Mizutsune Fan Art

This one is a little rough and has some issues that I think I'll get resolved one day, but not for this project unfortunately. If anyone has any knowledge as to why the fiber mesh sticks out and will not look correct from a different angle I'd love to hear it. I also think that doing the scales manually this time didn't result in the high fidelity I was hoping for. Overall a great learning experience though and I hope to one day come back and revisit it.
